This has a number of advantages:
This presentation will show the developer how to
The developer will leave this session with a good idea of how to install, use, deploy these UDFs for use in their applications.
Patrick Galbraith is a Principal Software Engineer at Lycos, adding new PHP and MySQL offerings for Tripod Users, switching remaining apps using Oracle to MySQL as well as other interesting projects. In his “spare time”, he maintains DBD::mysql, DBD::drizzle, FederatedX storage engine and the Memcached Functions for MySQL. He has just authored “Developing Web Applications using Perl, Memcached, MySQL, and Apache”. Patrick lives up in the sticks of New Hampshire with his wife Ruth, and for a hobby is part owner of a local wireless Internet provider, Radius North.
